The experience of the management team here is incredible. If you are willing to put in the work beyond just showing up to the office, there are many opportunities on many different accounts. Fast growth requires very hard work at times. The workload can be high at times but if you leverage the team and tools it make it very productive and rewarding. Also, there may be some folks who take advantage of a more flexible work schedule while most of us are hard at it. As a smaller company, we may not have all the resources that a larger company may have like a training department, etc. Also, the growth has at times forced the management to promote people that may not be fully equipped to manage a team.
