As Novugen progress further in the local and global pharmaceutical landscape, we will continue to explore making improvements on employees’ compensation and benefits, within the limits of the local laws and regulations, while ensuring internal equity and meeting market benchmarking. Currently, we practice flexible working arrangements (FWA) with the discretion of the departmental planning and as per FWA policy. There is an open door practice where employees can directly discuss work concerns with their immediate supervisor, otherwise addressing them with business leaders and HR. Discussion can be done in greater detail, objectively and constructively to reach a common ground and understanding. We will try to be as flexible as possible within FWA framework while maintaining high operation’s productivity and improve our continued effort to ensure employee’s work-life balance.
