I never wanted to work for Nuance. My sweet little MT company was gobbled up by this monster and so I was forced into working for them. I will be leaving in a week. So many things wrong with this company. PTO? You get 8.5 hours every 4 months! Seriously?!? And if there is too much work then you are forbidden to use PTO. Management does not care if you are dying. You must pump out those lines! I can't fit into this little box all of the reasons why you should go with another company, just do. I have been doing this over 12 years and this is the worst company I have ever worked for. There is no holiday pay. If you send more than 2 reports to QA in a week your pay goes from 0.085 to 0.07.
