Lays off high performers and valued employees that get things done and move the business forward - as a result this has created a territorial vs collaborative work environment Old guard C-level team completely out of sync with today's dynamic business world - need a new executive team with fresh thinking that has worked at a company other than Nuance in the last 10-15 years. Given all the start-up acquisitions the company makes each year - too bad the TONS of great executive talent there has been under utilized. Zero work/life balance - expected to give up nights, weekends, holidays, vacation time
