Vantaggi

You will get to work with some very hard working and devoted people that have a passion for what they do.

Svantaggi

24/7 Mentality, little reward for blood, sweat and tears and no regards for work/home balance. The work becomes repetitious with no new technologies to take advantage of and it will eventually stagnate your career. Nuance does offer self-training, but what they offer is of no value unless you’re starting out in your career. Get a fair compensation when coming in the door because any promises of merit increases or bonus’ comes with excuses. Pay increases are delayed (4-6 months ) and bonus’ are paid via stock (which is a non-performer). Nuance thinks of its work environment is something that rivals Google, but unfortunately this concept only falls far too sh. Benefits are average and nothing to boast about. If you’re looking for a “job” and just starting your career, then it might be worth your time but any experienced professional would benefit from looking elsewhere.

Vantaggi

The company offers excellent training and a thorough onboarding process, helping new hires feel well-prepared and confident. The small, close-knit teams foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where you never feel lost in the crowd. Employees take pride in the innovative technology and software being developed, which is recognized as impactful within the industry. (Note: The company was acquired by Microsoft to bring potential for future growth.)

Svantaggi

While the company excels in many areas, there’s limited upward mobility, especially in certain career paths, which can be frustrating for those seeking advancement. Additionally, feedback from employees often feels like it’s not taken seriously, which can lead to disengagement when trying to influence change or improve processes.
