Though it’s never easy to hear we’ve disappointed one of our employees, we appreciate you taking the time to share where we fell short, so we can improve going forward. Our team works diligently on providing training throughout the onboarding process as well as continuous training after onboarding. In the past few months, we’ve also added more training on our new programs as well as more resources in our Clinical Education department and anticipate this will help our teams feel more confident in their knowledge of the programs. Through our core values of doing the right thing, owning it, making connections, and being kind, we always encourage our team members to reach out for support if they are needing it or if they’re feeling overwhelmed.
