Nucleus is a remote company, which means that it can be challenging to built a culture across the business. Expect that there may be frustrations with getting people on the phone sometimes just because of being remote and so busy.
It is fast-paced. If you're not careful then you will find yourself wanting to keep working because of how exciting of an environment. You need to make time to disconnect.
