Pay sometimes....dependent on a bonus structure you have maybe 2-3 good pay weeks then like 2 months of awful pay not even worth the effort you have to put in at this job.

Management - Only cares about numbers not people safety - Claims to care about safety never addresses actual safety concerns employees have Pay - nowhere near enough to justify working here in the conditions they have you work under
