Vantaggi

Nucor has a very experienced and diverse management team. Their main focus of safety is embedded in your brain from day one. Management truly cares about their employees and wants them to succeed. Autonomous work place that allows for creative thinking.

Svantaggi

There is little room for growth within each division. There are only a few tiers of management, so it is very difficult to advance in the company. I have seen many divisions struggle with internal relationships. It can get distracting and escalate to the point where people go out of their way to avoid each other.
