Vantaggi

- They will provide a clear path to higher positions and work with you on how you would like to move within the company - The safety culture is nothing like I have ever experienced, they will make sure you are equipped to handle all situations safely, especially inside the mills. Their programs are well-designed and will make you confident in teaching others - Lasting relationships: I still reference my manager to this day and they are loyal.

Svantaggi

- While loyalty is admirable if moving to another steel company, they will consider this a negative - The culture is different at every Nucor location, so be prepared to learn new lingo and adapt to how people communicate
