Good pay and benefits. Safety is not just talked about it's actually put into action. Employees genuinely care about each other. Not to say everyone likes everyone to the point of hang out after work. but genuinely nice to each other and care about your well being. Good work life balance. And how far you go and how quickly you move up is all on you.
