Nuix had great teams, great products, and a healthy hard-working engineering culture. A series of questionable decisions since going public on the stock exchange has continuously made the work culture there less and less pleasant, leading to huge losses in the engineering talent, knowledge. motivation that actually makes their complex software not degrade into a buggy and unusable mess over time.
