Nice company - Recensione dipendente - SAP PP Consultant presso Numen

I learned patience, a lot of patience for a whole year !

I'd give negative number of stars if I could.. Managers only care about filling the time sheets, even with lies. All is obsolete, even work methods and yes .. most "people" ! They give me stupid repetitive manual tasks, then in a few months they say: hey you didn't improve at all! How can one improve in manual tasks?! I've been repeatedly humiliated by manager, project manager and even the human resources lady! They recruite me and make me feel useless, and moral harrassed me to quit. Felt worthless that I thought I'd fail my future jobs! Guess what? your loss Numen, I'm doing great in my current job, (7 months already) ! I honestly wouldn't recommend it even to my bitter enemy

A few employees are forcing themselves to keep a healthy working environment

Company's management appear to have no idea of what they're doing ... poorly managed business with no clear roadmap. Very top down organization with lack of recognition of employees' work. Work and dedication is not recognized internally. Support functions are absolutely not valued ... all focus is going in a very arbitral way exclusively to biz development. The outlook and future of the company is highly at risk and not guaranteed.
