      Friendly workers, a lot of veteran employees who work very hard to keep that ship going. Good place to gain knowledge in M2M.

      Hard work does not pay off in raises so for all you potential new hires be sure to negotiate as high as possible. Departments which are not tied to revenue are looked at as a cost center (instead of revenue protection) Terrible HR Management. Too many VP's (some with no direct reports...kind of strange)

      None. Seriously. Possibly our lack of relationships with Enterprise Partners but that is improving. Expand the portfolio in the Enterprise space while focusing on the simple art of net adds.
