It’s a place where people care deeply about outcomes, not just ideas, and you can see the company maturing quickly.

Budgets are tight at times, so you have to be comfortable wearing multiple hats (pro and con). That creates a lot of opportunity to learn and grow fast, but it can also lead to burnout if you’re not good at managing priorities and boundaries. And sometimes that is very hard to do.
