Salary is competitive in PH setting; company has a lot of learning materials and online resource subscriptions to advance employee knowledge on relevant technical and soft skills, and it's a huge +++ plus for me. Managers are very helpful and appreciative. They like to praise your work and even incentivizes it when you work the extra mile. They also initiate and offer mentoring with PDPs and 1-1 sessions to help keep employees on course. They never run out of virtual social events on the side to keep employees hyped and engaged, which I think does promote better and healthy relationships amongst colleagues.

As far as I know, there is no performance-based promotion here, so one has to apply for a higher role if he wants one. Layoffs sometimes get unexpected but if you know you work hard and fulfill your role conscientiously, you should be okay!
