The only way to influence your companies stock price is by working on it your self. You get all the resources at Nutanix a sales needs, but you have to do it. Sales is not about passive waiting. You will be valued if you show your activities with results. All the data about leads and prospects is there, inside sales, marketing, GSI relationships and a great strategy.

You need to be able to change, don't expect leads flying in and make an appointment to talk about your holiday with a customer. Make a difference based on the financial difference compared to other companies. Work hard, play hard.

Onboarding new employees is mediocre as these employees are expected to be experts on non-Nutanix tools like SFDC, Tableau, Slack, and other sales tools. Fast-paste for new sale opportunities. Knowledge and key actionable solution are not readily available and shred. (Some solutions are buried in users personal file, so sometimes you will be dealing with issues that was solved a year ago but only one person is prevy to that knowledge.
