Promotion, increment etc depends on the OT hours contributed. OT is "mandatory" here. You don't have to do anything during OT. Just act busy. Expected to work even on the public holidays. Timeline given to complete work is short due to multiple handover stages. Management do not communicate well with engineers. There's no teamwork or even a small sense of camaraderie.
