Strange workplace culture - Recensione dipendente - Picker/Packer presso Nutricia

Strange work culture. Usually male and most of them from a bye gone era. Old fashioned people with old fashioned views. Real Lack of diversity when I was there. Did not enjoy it. I literally gritted my teeth every time I went. It was soul destroying packing cans.very clicky environment. Staff are only usually recruited if you are related to someone else which is ridiculous in recruitment as it actively stops talent being recruited.
