Senior leaders are accessible and transparent. Best example of this is how the company is communicating with us through the challenges of Covid through regular open meetings.
Svantaggi
We are a well run company (overall), struggling to integrate different companies with different cultures. Nutrien has grown by mergers and acquisitions, so we carry legacy biases and practices into the newly combined company. We would be better if everyone focused on Nutrien first rather than our predecessor companies.
