Very hectic to work because in a month they will send you to take the 5-6 workshop via bus if journey is within 18hr otherwise by fight across the india that to you are travelling alone carrying the 5-6lakh of big trolley with full equipment. No proper growth you will see and you cannot able to add any values to your skill set and any new project
