We really appreciate and thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry that your experience in some aspects of our environment have not been what you hoped for. We are committed to learn and listen, and we believe that we can grow by positively challenging each other to do better. We have slated a number of breakout sessions to broaden the collective understanding across the company and hear more voices. We're also planning several other training initiatives.
