Vantaggi
None. There is not a single benefit to working at this company.
- No benefits are offered.
- There is little to no opportunity for growth or advancement.
- Overtime is effectively mandatory.
- Raises must be fought for and are often denied.
- Employees are treated poorly and without respect.
Svantaggi
- Leadership fosters an extremely volatile, chaotic, and unsustainable work environment. Behavior is often erratic, hostile, and deeply unprofessional, making day to day work emotionally draining and unpredictable.
- Turnover is alarming. In a company of only three people, more than five employees have either quit or been fired, which speaks volumes about leadership and culture.
- Compensation is significantly below market rates, and conversations about raises or fair pay adjustments are dismissed outright, regardless of workload or performance.
- There are no meaningful benefits offered. The company provides no health insurance and makes no investment in employee well-being.
- The 401(k) match is negligible, and employees are not eligible until after a full year of employment.
- There is no severance under any circumstances. Based on my experience, leadership actively avoids offering it, regardless of tenure or contribution.
- Extreme overtime is treated as an expectation rather than an exception. Work life balance is nonexistent and never part of leadership discussions.
- PTO meets only the bare legal minimum required by the state, with no effort to go beyond compliance to support employees.
- Feedback is ignored, morale is irrelevant, and burnout is normalized rather than addressed.
- The overall culture is reactive, unstable, and not a place where most professionals could realistically thrive long term.
