MAKE SURE TO CHECK COMPENSATION ON WORKDAY. - Expected to work off clock - Horrible corporate culture - Have seen multiple racial discrimination and sexual harassment cases that were covered up. - District and Regional management will intimidate and threaten employees - Have heard District Manager openly state that he has "people in HR under my belt", and that "As long as your loyal to me, I'll take you to the top," - Employee discount reveals that some products, like bulbs, oil and air filters, and body supplies are marked upwards of 1000% - Company policy has lots of gray area, leading to employees being fired for what others are praised for. - Management extremely disrespectful, insulting, and hateful towards both retail AND professional customers while at store.
