      Benefits with affiliate retailers are awesome, including discounts on new vehicles, Costco memberships, etc., and the employee discount on auto parts is amazing

      The pay is garbage, many stores refuse to make employees full time unless you're management, and Corporate is often pulling wacky shenanigans to make things harder for store employees

      Culture has changed/become a talking point for control of employees only. Profits > people. Disconnect between upper management and team members doing the work. Long term employees leaving.
