They offer free training in the Montessori method. The salary is competitive, relative to other private schools in the area. The school is an established institution and is well- known and reputable. The students are very friendly and very open to teachers. They are smart and outspoken.

There is not much room for creativity and academic freedom. There is too much bureaucracy. As it is the first Montessori school in the Philippines, I thought I would be able to gain much insight about the Montessori method, but Maria Montessori's vision has been contorted to suit the owner's own goals. The management insists on implementing highly outdated and passe methods, which in themselves were not in fact methods endorsed by the Montessori system. The management shortchanges the employees when it comes to benefits yet charges the students exorbitantly for even the most minor of school supplies.
