      Employees are all nice. President is nice, but does not take employees side, only the higher authorities

      Long working hours, no additional pay, no career advancement. Management are micromanagers, doesn't care about their employees. They only cared for their students

      Vantaggi

      They offer competetive salary and benefits. The school are clean, organized and orderly. They provide good training even though the teacher is not an education graduate.

      Svantaggi

      They have very strict guidelines during training. Sometimes the line managers have irreasonable work demands. They decide on matters without due process and most teachers are afraid to speak up because they fear they will lose their jobs.
