Good paid leave if you have stayed in the company for more than 1 year.

Svantaggi

- still using old technology even though it is digital era. - a lot of manual process which will add into your workload - understaffed, you need to do more than 3 jobs for one role - salary is under market range. No additional benefit such as transport, communication, meal etc - micromanage managers - no good team collaboration among departments - like to blame other teams when the issues occured - OT without additional pay (and it could happen every weekend) - unstructured management - a lot of layers of approval - limited budget for a lot of areas but wanted to get extraordinary results - poor project management implementation - need to fulfill 40 hours training requirements without providing training facilities or benefits - too much documentation
