The worst management and attitude towards employees I've ever experienced. A classical start-up that grew too fast and never learned that what worked for the company with 5 employees won't work when you have 150 employees. I've worked many years in international companies and never ever experienced managers being so unprofessional. Zero planning, constant chaos, unreachable goals, no vision and no strategy for the future, no talent management of employees, zero onboarding - you are just thrown out there with expectations to save the company in your next one month, tons of unpaid extra hours - which will be mentioned in your contract, work at night and on the weekend is expected, totally biased and political environment where the most important is to be friends with important people. Business itself is not fair and sustainable - so that their attitude in everything.
