For a long time, the company lacked a long-term vision, went through numerous changes, and was eventually sold to a new owner in 2024. There was consistently high employee turnover and no clear development paths for staff. In my last two years there, I did not receive any performance feedback from my direct managers.

- difficulties to collaborate between teams and collegues since many insights are taken personally, rather than as a constructive feedback leading to improve the processes and functioning of the company - general lack of structure and many dynamic changes leading to big chunks of work being requested within a short time span and often later not even actually used since in that time strategy has already changed again - lack of transparency about money - salary is often "compromised" which means the base is lower than the industry average and the attractive rest is split into quarterly bonus however a person is not liable for their own bonus - if you achieve 200% of your target but the company-wise performance is below 90%, you will not get your bonus so in the end you are promised more and underdelivered, even if you outperform
