The US Healthcare system is sick and diseased, and the politicians are cutting funding, which means a Healthcare IT company is going to be pinched, and there will never be enough staff for all the work that needs to be done to fight against the disease.

100% fully remote and they provide office supply allowances.

Upper management sets unrealistic, unattainable goals. No support even when issues are brought to their attention. Supervisors are unable to support staff properly because they are working just as much if not more as the analysts are. Very stressful work environment and no real future.
