OCP's core values of empathy, humility and passion truly bring a perspective of empathy and compassion to everything done at OCP and defines how teams work together. It is a busy and highly collaborative environment where you will work alongside passionate and incredibly talented individuals. Sitting next to a Grammy Award winner at a company lunch or attending a private concert with a published singer/songwriter is a regular occurrence here. This is also the most diverse and politically neutral environment I have experienced, the management team really does ensure this is a welcoming and supportive environment for all backgrounds and types.
