VP is unqualified for his position (most of upper mgmt is unqualified). He is delusional and paranoid. Has no trust in his employees and tracks their every move. Extreme micromanaging. He has created a very toxic culture within the company, Everyone at corporate aside from management, seems very unhappy and it shows when speaking to them. Employees who’ve been there more than 5 years are brainwashed robots, having no backbone; just doing what they’re told.
