      -Good way to get your head in the door to the gaming industry without any prior experience.

      -Very low pay for what you're doing -higher ups had no idea how to run a game company and had no experience with games whatsoever prior to starting OGP. -a select group of employees behaved incredibly unprofessional and were difficult to work with if they didn't consider you a "friend".

      We were a tightly-knit small group of passionate and highly motivated people that worked hard to make every project succeed. While it was difficult at times, I don't regret much while working here.

      The company resources were split between the los angeles offices and our main location headquartered in vancouver. Sometimes it was difficult to coordinate between the two when time was of the essence.
