No one willing to learn the OKX products or use the OKX products - Everyone works towards how to be in the good books of CMO - CMO has no OKRs, no clear plans for the team, no direction - Everything revolves around McLaren & Mancity branding. - No product conversion plan. No ROI for all his spends for branding. - CMO's focus is to LOOK GOOD in front of the CEO
