A bit far for me.

Good pay Nice work environment with new technology and cushy shared offices

If you’re desperate for a job, maybe, but not if you have other options. They don’t practice what they preach, it’s just all about looking good to donors and the community. It’s a show. Leadership is lacking experience and is constantly making changes, growing the organization without tying up loose ends first. Constant changes on policies, organizational structure, etc. makes it a chaotic work environment. If you work in healthcare, be prepared to deal with unfriendly and arrogant doctors (except for a good few) and greeters/ medical assistants / receptionists that favor employees and patients of LatinX origin. There is reverse racism going on here.
