During my tenure, they had multiple layoffs and voluntarily early retirement to stay afloat Due to the internet, I don't see how a company that was successful through the benefit of the lack of widespread information could continue to grow. Personnel reasons: they definitely play favorites and won't do what is necessary (cut from the top down)

The fake phony mission statement and how they treat service members is horrendous. If you're military and you buy a car with them you are not too smart. But while you're overseas and you miss home so much and bored they'll make promises. Well, good luck. It's so toxic. The employees are either their 15 years or longer, a core group so some do love it. Others with the less challenging jobs hang out because why not. But anyone who was the cream of the crop raced out there as soon as they could.
