Its really stressful sometimes but every job is so

The company overall provides a supportive work environment to a very geographically diverse workforce. This is a high growth/dynamic environment, performance expectations are progressively defined and recognized by top managers & central functions.

When transitions occur (as common as it is with a start up environment!) exits need better communication clarity.
