No break room/fridge/microwave in the store. No where to sit to eat or take a break. In fact, you're expected to stand for 8-12 hours, not a big deal if the store is busy, but its not.
Communication is terrible, which may have a lot to do with cultural differences. A lot of the upper management is European. The HR department communication is also terrible, although both individuals I dealt with were native English speakers. I reached out multiple times with no response. Bonuses are non existent due to unreachable goals.
