The best reasons to work at OPG Global are the staff and the opportunities. The staff is small which means everyone pitches in on every project. You will get a chance to work on multiple projects and try multiple job functions. In time that I've been here, I've learned 5 distribution software packages and at least that many ecommerce systems. It's a consistently growing organization with significant room for advancement. Another perk are the Friday lunches. The entire company, including the president, meets for lunch on Fridays and discusses challenges and successes from the past week. All employees are invited, including co-op students.

There is a high rate of turnover but generally, it's for good reason. If you're willing to work hard and admit to mistakes, you won't have a problem.
