Flex hours and medical benefits are the only two positive things about this company. Nothing else is really worth mentioning.

Svantaggi

1. Owner developed core values as that's the industry trend, but he doesn't even understand what real partnership means (one of 3 core values). Treats everyone like unavoidable expense. 2. Promises of career in that place is just a pure lie, repeated over and over again. This place is to go spend your 8 hours, collect paycheck and leave. 3. I've seen at least 5 senior people drained completely off energy (if not will of existence) by CEO. 4. C-level positions are revolving door (no one in their right mind can cope with bully CEO). 5. Huge development is not backed by any sales. This company will go down by the end of 2018. 6. At least 2 pending lawsuits for wrongful dismissal. 7. Company knowingly sells electronic equipment to EU countries without CE certification. 8. I can really go forever with this list but if you read this you already get the point that that place should be avoided at any cost.

Strategic Change has Been Overly Rapid and Disjoint. While Improving, More Coaching and Ever Present Employee Appreciation is Needed. There Used to Be a Dog.
