CEO / owner / captain Bligh consistently verbally abuses staff complete with profanity. Condescension and utterly unprofessional behaviour rains upon all employees constantly. Success is continuously undermined by whimsical changes of strategy / process/ budget / reporting structure. If you find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance of having to work for this despotic tyrant, be comfortable with unachievable success. Positive contributions by staff members are continually unrecognized and belittled to appease unspecified demands. Positive reviews of this organization have been created by management, or by way of a complicit HR who is soliciting current employees to create the illusion of a positive experience.
