      If you’re a teamlead or process tech in injection good luck getting a lunch or a full break in general if something happens you have to go back on the floor to see what’s going on you also have to figure out everyone else’s lunches without shutting down the machines

      The pay is a little higher than other manufacturing plants.

      There is something very seriously wrong with the place. While favoritism is everywhere, I believe it to be a serious problem in this workplace. Management is playing favorites with one individual who has a criminal history and pending drug charges. This person has emotional issues and gets into a conflict with a lot of people. Why he is still there is anybody's guess. My guess is that he supplies someone within management.
