Some great people who are really talented

everyone seems to work in fear and the overall control/running of the company is just terrible.

Fun people for the most part, selling fun products

The company blew up after a viral toy made us millions, the rapid growth imploded the company - hired fast and furious and just as fast laid people off when covid hit. They took a whip tactic with the remaining staff - literally had the directors wear nooses around their neck at the Christmas party to represent the company being dead any minute. Big yikes
