Lots of opportunity. Highly skilled Technical team. Fairly respected by the Salesforce.com teams.

Zero culture. Senior leadership is massively disconnected from middle management and lower tier. It comes from the CEO. He talks at you or the whole townhall. SLT constantly setting unrealistic goals when knowing that processes are broken, we're in a recession, and don't have the resources. There is absolutely NO celebrating wins. If you get a win, you get a nod of acknowledgement. If you set a close date and it slips due to any reason you are reminded of the massive disappointment that you are.

Sorry to see this review from you. That's certainly not the type of experience we aim to give to anyone. We do tend to receive good scores on Glassdoor in general, so when we see an experience like this we do like to delve into it further. If you could possibly raise this with the leadership team directly, it may help to give us more context/detail, to help us make changes going forward.
