Marketing team is good. If you are a candidate applying for marketing team at ridge filed park, nj you are going to have nice team mates and manager. Anyone applying for software engineer role please be prepared for getting terminated , bullied and harassed

Advice to candidate applying for this company: Company culture in general is worst. Upper management has not manner to talk with people working under them. Do not work for this company even if they offer good payment because at the end they will make sure you get terminated. There is not knowledge transfer here. you get bullied and insulted if you ask any question. You are expected to know everything without asking any question to you manager or lead. Even if you are looking for challenging role this is nothing challenging coz there is no such latest tech being used but a pure torture and harassment from manager. Specifically do not work for any developer position in Ridgefield park, NJ because the manger that you will be reporting to is the worst person. He will insult you in public, never appreciate the work you do, never explain or help you with anything (since he doesn't know anything), make you embarrass in public. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE APPLYING OT INTERVIEWING WITH THIS COMPANY.
