No growth in role but has lots of resources to learn

Working at OSI Engineering gave me the opportunity to support the CEO directly, which was both challenging and rewarding. I appreciated the level of trust placed in me to set up processes from scratch and manage everything from email flow to complex scheduling. The flexibility of working remotely was also a big plus, and I left with stronger skills and a solid letter of recommendation that reflects the professionalism and initiative I brought to the role.

While the role gave me great experience, the compensation was not competitive for the Bay Area, especially given the high level of responsibility. The benefits were also limited, with a sick leave structure that felt restrictive and not employee-friendly.
