One of the best reasons to work in this company is the great environment. I am glad that the employees do not see each other as competitors and they are willing to share their knowledge.

One of the downsides is probably that the performance is not greatly rewarded. Also, the company put more emphasis on hiring engineering graduates, and if you are not, it would be rather difficult to get the job.
