Toxic company, toxic colleague, toxic management, very very bad culture in this company. A lot of unprofessional employees as they simply hire people as no normal people would want to work here! Feel so fed up everyday working here dealing with unprofessional people, dealing with a colleague whom couldn't control their temper well and loves to take up your job responsibilities without even informing you. Very political environment, and does not recommend fresh grads as seniors here not helpful & toxic, scared of young generation could steal off their recognitions. No proper SOP in this company, SOP only depends on bosses, which they can change procedures to whatever they like. Micromanage !!! Also, very very bad and old system implemented which wastes you a lot of time in working manually !! Monitoring everything manually feels like you are working in year 1980.
