      I worked in osscube for around 2 years and in this duration I have learned a lot of new things. I was a part of one of the team at Osscube, a team of 7-8 people. Each of us were given modules on which we worked on. Learning experience was great Helpful co-operative colleagues. The things which makes Osscube to stand unique in crowd is their work culture. Support for various certifications like Zend certification, Inlingua: Level 3A & 3B, ISTQB Foundation Level, Oracle Certified Professional, MySQL 5 Database Administrator & Developer, Talend Open Studio for Data Integration 5.1, Red Hat Certified Security Specialist etc. Very good place to work and you will have lot of flexibility, Training, access to management, competitive salary, work life balance and You could voice your opinion. I will say that If you have got an offer from Osscube than don't think much and accept it.

      Thanks Bud. Come back to OSSCube family after you explore more! Just to put things in the right perspective. We have a very good on-site ratio. To put some figures, 25% domestic and 5-7% international on-site ratio, this is one of the highest ratio. In fact, some of our team members get on-site opportunities as early as 1.5 years of experience. Salary increments of 15-35% are also very healthy when you compare them with Industry average.

      I have been with OSSCube for last 8 years. I have found it to be a great place to work, with great opportunities available for anyone to grow. You are allowed to challenge yourself and are allowed to take on as much responsibility as you are willing to take. Very good office culture, environment and HR policies. Being full of people who are excited to be there, makes it a fun place to work.

      Being a company that is growing fast, there are challenges sometimes but I have found Management to catch up to those challenges quickly, though.
